Grantee Dialogue - Today's Immigration Landscape

Please join TPC on Tuesday, April 30 for a Grantee Dialogue on Today's Immigration Landscape. During this virtual conversation, we will hear from two of TPC’s current grantees, Mabel Center for Immigrant Justice and Project Citizenship, about their work with immigrants and how it is impacted and influenced by current issues and conditions.

Immigration topics frequently make today’s headlines: “Crisis at the southern border!” “New voters may sway the 2024 elections.”  How do our grantees navigate these topics day-to-day? Executive Directors Jill Seeber (Mabel Center) and Gail Breslow (Project Citizenship) will speak about their work and the experiences of people they support at different “ends” of the immigration field - asylum seekers and candidates for naturalized citizenship, respectively. We will learn about the systems they operate within, the gaps and needs they help address, and how we, as TPC members, can be better informed and engaged.
