1. Luminary - $5,000.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments

2. Sustainer - $2,500.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments

3. Catalyst - $1,200.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments

4. Partner - $600.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments

5. Partner ($600 Paid Quarterly Option) - $150.00 (USD) Subscription period: Quarterly, on: January 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) For members who commit to pay $600 but would like to make quarterly installments. To be a quarterly-paying member, make your first payment manually and your following payments of $150 will be charged automatically on your credit card on the 1st of month for the following three quarters (depending on when you make your first payment - either Jan 1, Apr 1, July 1, and Oct 1). Reminders will be sent out a week before a payment is pulled.

6. Friend - $300.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments

7. Friend ($300 Paid Quarterly Option) - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: Quarterly, on: January 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) For members who commit to pay $300 but would like to make quarterly installments.
